The moment you walk through the door, you feel part of the group. The classes are designed for all fitness levels. Each exercise can be modified based on your capabilities and comfort level. Roger and Deone are both phenomenal trainers/coaches and will keep you motivated throughout your fitness journey. They are just Everyday People Inspiring Change (EPIC). I love the EPIC group!
