Enterprise Rent-A-Car

This location seems to always be busy so to have John be so incredibly informative and prompt with email responses has been unexpected and appreciated! I can’t get a hold of the gieco adjuster after a week of unanswered texts and calls but John has gone above and beyond to help me with some technical difficulty even during off hours for time sensitive subjects.

I had an awesome experience here! I rented a car because mine was in the shop and it was great! The service was awesome. The only thing I will say is the upset of the cars should be looked at before renting them out. The tire was bald and the car needed an oil change. Not saying its anyones fault but I would say to check theses things because the tire could of ended differently but the customer service was always they answered all my questions!
