“I had a clunking noise in the front of my Durango. I panicked and took it to Dwayne. (1st time going here) When I got there, he was busy finishing up on a vehicle. He told me that he was super busy, but if I could wait a few minutes, he would put my Durango on the lift and find out what was going on, just to make sure it wasn't dangerous. It ended up only being my brake pad clip had come loose. Dwayne was so super nice and took time out of his busy day to help me out and I am SUPER thankful for him! “We are so happy to have Rockwell Physicians as our family doctor, That are always wonderful to my children. I call and they fit us in everytime and they is super important to me when I have a sick kiddo. Yesterday my daughter told me her "ear hurt" and I called to have her seen, I thought it would be an ear infection but she had put a small piece of plastic in her ear. They worked with her so well to keep her as happy and calm as possible while getting it out. They tried with tweezer and she was just to wiggally so they did a water bath. They let her hold the bottle and squirt a little water from it a few time to help make her less afraid of it. The plastic pop right out, she got a final check by Dr Dodd along with a toy from the treasure chest and candy on her way out. Thanks for all you do for our family!”
