(July 14, 2021, 10:23 am)Just closed on refinancing my house with Debbie Ellis at Horizon. The experience was easy and painless. My refinance took over several months due to some construction happening at my house, and Debbie stayed connected with me the whole time and as soon as I was able to complete the construction she moved quickly to get all documents and appraisal done. The closing was even conducted at my house for my convenience. It was great! Highly recommend!
(March 28, 2021, 6:18 pm)I just completed a mortgage refinance with New Horizon Bank taking advantage of the current low rates. Debbie Ellis VP & Mortgage Lender, was awesome to work with. She kept me updated on the loan progress during the entire process. I was pleasantly surprised that the entire process from application to closing took only two and a half weeks. I am highly satisfied and would highly recommend New Horizon Bank to anyone looking to refinance their current mortgage loan. Great customer service !
