They offered advice and support, but weren't overbearing. If you have a certain budget you're trying to stick to, or if there are certain products you like over others, they'll take that into account and help put together a fireworks show for you to save you the hassle of walking around lost and not sure where to start. They offer discounts to people who receive their emails and you can even sign up on the spot to receive the discounts right then if you don't already. “Wonderful shop! Was in the area only for a few days and needed to get an inspection done and a tune up. I'm usually pretty leery to take a vehicle to a shop on my own because I'm a woman, and I don't know much about cars, so I'm liable to believe that the headlights need freezer fluid if they say so. But the guys here we're completely fair and through. One of the guys were even nice enough to give me a ride up to the nearest shopping center so I could grab some breakfast while I waited without me asking. He just saw me start walking and offered it on his own. Kinda makes me wish I was staying in the area because they'd have a loyal customer for sure! Definitely highly recommend!”

“Bryce at Fortune Auto has amazing customer service. A+ I broke a few studs on my ST XTA coilover (alignment shop over torqued them) and needed stud replacement in a hurry. I Reached out to KW for replacement and was told there was a 3-4 week lead time. I did a quick google search and came across Fortune Auto's replacement studs. I contacted FA over the phone and spoke with Bryce. Bryce gave me the measurements for their stud kit, which ended up being a close match for what I needed. I placed an order and requested overnight shipping. Bryce sent me an invoice shortly after. The next day the package came in and I was able to repair the studs on my coilover. Unfortunately, I broke a few studs (user error) attempting to replace all of the existing studs on my coilover (preventative maintenance to be sure the remaining studs weren't stretched). Once again I reached out to FA and spoke with Bryce and placed an order for additional studs, which Bryce was once again able to prioritize my order and send those out the same day. Bryce came through for me. I really appreciate it. Thumbs UP!”

“A delightful surprise stop this morning. I've never driven by when they've been open, so I was excited to give this place a try. No disappointment here! Walked into a comfy, warm spot and was greeted with a friendly welcome. While waiting for my made-to-order egg sandwich, I checked out the clever small business table and even picked up a few cards. Loved seeing the customers interacting. More tables than I expected to see, and even a few outdoor seats. My sandwich was great, but since I took it to go, I need to come back soon to enjoy the cafe!”
