I had a water leak that had been repaired twice by other companies.City Point arrived,explained the problem,replaced the old parts with updated piping and elimated the old knob used to turn on and off.I was about to purchase a new hot water heater,which was not the problem as I was told previously.Thanks to City Point for saving me over $1500 and the new piping looks great.
Mike was called to my condo when I had a gas leak. When he went to go turn on the pilot light on my water heater, he unfortunately discovered that my hot water heater had been leaking for a long time. On what was a really sh*tty day, he was super nice and professional. He went through the trouble of getting his contact info over to me to get a quote for me quickly, and when I priced compared, he was not only affordable, but willing to fit me into his schedule WEEKS earlier than everyone else. On the day of install, he was prompt, communicated throughout the process and did exactly what I was hoping for.
When I annoyingly texted him a question about my water soon after leaving, he was quick to answer an assure me it was alright. Not only did he do the job, but he did it with exceedingly higher customer service. Highly appreciated!
