Virginia Eye Institute

Virginia Eye Institute provides excellent eye care. Appointments are kept on time with minimal wait times. I have used their services for years and have had cataract surgery in both eyes through them. Dr. Malouf is the best.

I was greeted with a smile after temperature was taken and approved (safety measure). IMMEDIATELY signed in. I was in the office with a very pleasant friend to get my history. I had a test administered for my eyes. Dr. Knape was very friendly and informative. He gets an A+ from me, as well as all the staff that guided me and gave me my next appointment. Thank you!

My appointment with retina specialist Dr. Combs at the Colonial Heights office was pleasant and informative. He listened to my questions and answered them in a way that I could understand. He explained what showed on the pictures taken that day, told me when to see him next, and I left feeling confident of good eye care.

My experiences were always good. My personal doctor is very kind and considerate of your situation and takes the time to explain what you don't understand. The staff is always great. Would recommend the VEI to anyone looking foe great service.

Check-in was quick. Having an eye issue that reoccurs & they fit me in to see the doctor. Dr Rosenberger was thorough & personable. Did not feel rushed.
