The experience was outstanding and excellent service from the front desk staff, to the nurse, the doctor, and back to the front desk staff. Everyone was professional, caring, and understanding. I had forgot to get a note for Makala to return to school and I phoned at about 9:08am and the note was fax to me at 9:10am. Professional, Excellent service. Great customer service and outstanding doctors.

Have been to VEI several times in the last 10 years and twice in the past few weeks. Very prompt assistance when I entered the facility, and my wait was short. Though many of the doctors have retired through the years, my new doctor is excellent as are his nurses and assistants. I wouldn’t use any other facility. Side note: My recent experience at their Surgery center at Westhampton Station was excellent. They ensured my comfort and took very good care of me. The facility runs like clockwork. My experience was top notch, *****.

Great experience. Professional, thorough, efficient group from admins and techs to doctors, however their new electronic check in and communication system needs to be more user friendly, reliable and easier to use.

Great visit. It was my first time coming here due to the expertise and a referral. The team at the front desk was efficient and positive and the reception section was spaced out and comfortable. I did not wait more than 5-8 minutes before being called. The staff was great with all the testing and collecting information. Dr Malouf was thorough, articulate and made me very comfortable with was not news I expected. We have a short term solution to by time before surgery to which I'm appreciative.
