“I had an incredible experience with the guys at Radioactive. I purchased a Pioneer unit online because the chip shortage made it impossible to source directly from the shop. The guys at Radioactive installed it beautifully - the thing looks 100% stock. However, this is only a small reason for my 5 star (would be 6 if Google would allow it) review. I expressed an interest in buying some speakers to upgrade the sound and while it would have been an easy sale, they suggested that I try the new head unit for a bit first. They said the sound would be much improved because of the additional power and that if I still wanted more after a few weeks I should come back. I was so impressed that they passed up an easy sale in favor of putting the customer first. Absolutely first rate service and people. I cannot recommend this place enough.”

“A great experience. I had read negative reviews and decided to go elsewhere for my regular labs. The elsewhere didn't work out because my paperwork wasn't in their computer. So reluctantly I went to the Puddledock Rd Lab Corp. So glad I did! The lady at the door was very pleasant. The computer check-in worked fine once I figured out what I was doing. I was most impressed by the young man who called me to the registration window. He also told me my orders were not in the computer but he was willing to type them in from my paperwork. I was so grateful. He then took me back right away and in seconds he had the vile full of blood and I was on my way. This man was professional, friendly, kind, and helpful. He did his job well and in a timely manner. I hope his employers value him. I wish I had gotten his name because I will be back the next time I need blood work done.”
