    Second experience working with Custom Ink. First was exclusively online, so there was never a concern regarding the quality of the product, but this experience was greatly enhanced by the in-person support and on-hand product! Will definitely be back!

    We needed 24 sweatshirts with a custom design on the front and personalization on the back. We went to the Michaels in Gainesville to check out the types of sweatshirts and the sizing and we started working on our order right there in the store. We got proofs of the design online, and advice on the size of the lettering and colors from the helpful telephone support staff. The price was reasonable and delivery was quick and directly to our house. There were mistakes on two of the sweatshirts which were our fault, not CustomInk's fault, and they expedited the corrections to us for no additional cost. I would definitely recommend their service!

    This was my first time using Custom Ink, and the experience was wonderful from start to finish. I needed 40 shirts with a quick turnaround, and their staff was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They were able to get my order in with no issues regarding the tight time frame. I will be sending all of my friends and family in need of custom t-shirts their way! Thank you Custom Ink!
