(January 15, 2019, 6:41 pm)The only reason for 4 star is because of the receptionists. It seems everytime i go there, there is a different person behind the desk. I had a very bad experience booking my first couples massage with my girlfriend. They tried contacting her about it when it was suppose to be a secret which i told them. Then the day we go there was a rude gentlemen who seemed to have the worst attitude in the world when i asked about pricing.
on the other hand, ive had multiple massages from Heather and i always leave very satisfied and relaxed! she really knows what shes doing!
also, their lobby still doesnt have blinds up which can turn the lobby into a lava pit or you just get blinded from the sun. i was told some time ago that they were in the process of acquiring blinds and this was back in the summer of 18'.
(December 23, 2018, 10:58 am)Had a wonderful facial with Tiffany - staff was friendly and checked me in/greeted me with a beverage offer within 30 seconds of walking in. Tiffany was well-versed in the various products and had great suggestions for things for me to do on my own at home. Ended up re-upping on some great QUALITY products (I have always loved Dermalogica and that is primarily what they use there). What I loved most is that they did not try to sell me...that's always a nice bonus! Ended up doing a membership and already have next months facial scheduled!!!
(July 25, 2018, 12:36 pm)This was my first massage with Hand and Stone. I loved it. I went specifically for neck issues. The next morning was the first time in several months that I did not wake up with a stiff neck! Ingrid was great. She was receptive to the intensity of pressure I wanted and was very relaxing. I became I member because I definitely plan on going back.
