    I don't usually write reviews but this store truly has the greatest service I've received in the past 20 years I've had Verizon. Ghais, the store manager helped me get my phone replaced and a new tablet that I love. Will be coming back.

    Excellent customer service at Verizon Wireless at Sowder Village Square, Manassas VA. Munashe Nyereyemhuka is outstanding! Definitely recommend them. Professional, knowledgeable, and patient.

    Outstanding service while replacing my iPhone. Julio Lemus was extremely professional and patient as I upgraded my phone. He ensured that everything was transferred over accurately and did so in a very timely manner. I will be going back there in the future due to his professionalism and quality service.
