“This is an update from my original review from 2 years ago. Last year (2017) JR from Pope's air recommended a new heat pump system for our home. We had it installed in December 2017. A year later (October 2018), JR came to check our system and it is working very well. I also want to note that we have noticed a decrease in an electric bill since this new system was installed which we are very happy about. We will continue to purchase the yearly maintenance contract and know that we will get consistently excellent customer service. Once again Pope's Air has provided excellent service. Bill and Joe came out on time this morning to repair and replace broken dampers on our furnace. They completed the work in a timely manner, explained the repair, showed me the work that was done and left the area clean. They were polite and very professional. Looking forward to a cooler upstairs just in time for the 100 degree weather coming our way!!!!”
