“I am a new member and I love this little gym. It’s clean, and convenient to my route to work. The only staff member I have ever encountered, Steven was super friendly and welcoming. I go early in the morning and weights are always racked, trash cans empty and sanitizer wipes plentiful. They offer clean towels and members are fee to change the channel on the TVs (multiple TVs) .. decent music played and WiFi. Not a huge intimidating gym, no annoying contracts.”

“One of the most family-friendly atmospheres you'll find in all of Northern Virginia. We eat out very often at a variety of places, which is why I can say that with such confidence. My wife and I frequent 703 Nutrition with our 4 children under the age of 6 and enjoy ourselves EVERY TIME with minimal stress. The staff is always very welcoming, enjoyable to talk to, and supportive of our health-oriented goals without a hit of a judgmental attitude. They certainly advertise their products, but they aren\'t pushy or vanity-oriented like some other health product companies. The shakes are nutritious and surprisingly tasty for how few calories they contain (~200 per shake). There are enough combinations to try new things and find something you like no matter what your tastes. They have helped me lose body fat and build muscle with body composition measurements and nutrition planning support (for free!). I don't often take the time to post Google reviews, but trust me when I say 703 Nutrition is worth giving a try. To them it's as much about the people as it is about the products and I'm sure you'll have a very positive experience.”
