“I am a new member and I love this little gym. It’s clean, and convenient to my route to work. The only staff member I have ever encountered, Steven was super friendly and welcoming. I go early in the morning and weights are always racked, trash cans empty and sanitizer wipes plentiful. They offer clean towels and members are fee to change the channel on the TVs (multiple TVs) .. decent music played and WiFi. Not a huge intimidating gym, no annoying contracts.”

“We have purchased two other homes previously. On our third purchase, we had the pleasure of working with Tilly throughout our searching and buying process. As technology-savvy buyers, we did a lot of online research on schools, homes, prior sale prices, etc. However, Tilly's knowledge of the neighborhoods, market trends, school pyramids and more, were indispensable for rounding out the information we collected. We could have relied completely on her to do all of the research, but she was super patient about our excitment-driven fact-finding, while keeping us grounded in the tasks at hand. She maintained a patient and positive attitude, and guided us on local ordinances, had "insider" info about many of the HOAs in our area, and was tenacious about finding the "right fit" for our family and our budget. Although it was clear I had developed a rapport with her and our tastes were similar, she was sensitive to, and earnest about, learning my husband's "must-haves" and was deliberate and tactful about ensuring she selected properties for us to view based on both of our requirements. I had a lot of fun looking at different properties with Tilly, and always felt she was on our "side"--- pointing out positives and challenges we needed to consider and reminding us of our objectives to ensure we weren't making a purely emotional decision. What I really appreciated was her ability to work on our behalf through the negotiation and closing process. She was thorough, collaborative, dependable, and level-headed, demonstrating her experience, tact and professionalism every step of the way. She was, by far, the best realtor we have worked with personally---and after hearing stories about our friends' home-buying/selling experiences, I'm convinced that others would not find a better realtor to work with than Tilly.”
