(December 6, 2018, 9:26 pm)I have had these guys fix my phone and tablet for few years now. I have always left happy and satisfied with the service. They are upfront and honest about your device's issue and what it will cost to fix it. If you have a Samsung device, they can do a free diagnosis and they have fixed my phone for free because they have an agreement with Samsung.

(September 25, 2018, 1:04 pm)If you ever go on a Tuesday, ask for Nicky, the Senior Tech. He is very courteous, polite, hardworking, and caring. He gives you the BEST customer service. I was having a problem with my iPhone, so Nicky decided to take a closer look because he is very good with motherboards. Not only that, Nicky went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help resolve my issue by putting in the extra time and hard effort. You ROCK, Nicky! Also, the manager, Dalia, is very kind and UNDERSTANDING. She tries to assure the customer that their device is in good hands with her well-experienced technicians like Anthony. They work at a fast-pace and deliver good quality service.
(August 26, 2018, 7:22 am)Amazing service and even better pricing!! These guys are certified Samsung techs which means their quantity of work is second to none. They use original Samsung parts which makes a big difference. They are very particular as to what they put out. Their repairs are under warranty by Samsung so that speaks volumes!
The prices are the best in the surrounding area as well!
The Dumfries location is my favorite!
