I highly recommend this place. I used them after I got into a car accident and they really took care of me. They called me to let me know my insurance was no longer covering my vehicle and told me what to do to make sure I didn't have to pay a cent. I will use them if I ever need a rental again.
I needed a rental because I was rear ended and my car was in the shop. Enterprise picked me up very quickly and put me in a nice SUV and the paperwork was extremely fast. The staff was very helpful and nice. This was probably one of the best experiences I have had renting a vehicle.
Every time I rent from the Dumfries Enterprise location, I'm greeted with a warm and friendly staff. They certainly keep things together over there.
I rent with them every week for work. They provide excellent customer service every time. I once exchanged my car for another one with better gas mileage. The car smelled like cigars and was really dirty. The staff apologized profusely and didn't charge me gas. They even gave me a car charger when I lost mine. Every other car I have rented from them has been superbly clean. That was a one time mishap.
