  I came here with a severe ankle tendon tear that didn't heal properly so months later I came in to do physical therapy. All of the staff was friendly and genuinely cared for my well being. I highly recommend this place.

  A complete and first rate Physical Therapy Clinic. My therapist, Kathryn Hayes, was and is crucial to my overall recovery from knee replacement surgery. The physical issues presented by my before and after knee replacement surgery were analyzed, understood, and addressed by the development of a personal and comprehensive program of soft tissue manipulation, strength and conditioning excercises at the Jackson Clinic Manassas facility. This professional analysis and subsequent personal program has provided me the necessary full recovery with complete functional daily range of motion, balance and strength that has enabled me to enjoy my retirement years to the fullest. I highly recommend the Jackson Clinic to anyone that requires the professional physical therapy and rehabilitation services that they offer to our community.

  I went in for an ice hockey related injury that had been lingering for half a year or so. This location is definitely a five star office. You'll notice a clean front office, as well a clean PT area, and a front desk staff that absolutely knows what they're doing. The front desk staff that I primarily interacted with was Ros (apologies if I misspelled your name!), and she is a fantastic resource- confidently able to answer any of my questions and knew health insurance processes inside and out. She thinks about the bigger picture and the little details- I once forgot a hair tie and she gave me one from a stash she keeps just for such occasions. My PT was Greg, who is a wealth of knowledge and approachable. He and I clicked as PT and patient; and that helped speed up the rehab process- I was comfortable asking questions, no matter how "little" they seemed. He was always professional and polite and made sure that I was on top of my workouts so that I would regain the strength and mobility I needed to keep playing. The PT area is an open layout but could use more space to fit all of their equipment, however, the team has organized everything in such a way- even going so far to have recently renovated an area to add more space- so that it is efficiently laid out and easy to navigate. The 5 - 6 PM appointment times were busy, sure, but none of the patients were working on top of each other. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend this location to others who are searching for a PT.

  I recently completed PT at The Jackson Clinic. Rosslynn at the front desk was always friendly and helpful and really personable. What is one of he best things about going into an appointment? It's never having to wait! Whenever I'd walk in they were ready to start therapy. Greg, is knowledgeable and compassionate. You can tell that they take you, the patient as a priority and that priority is to get you back to a healthy working body and lifestyle. They ask how your feeling and gauge your treatment based on where you are with your progression and how you are physically. I always felt as though they "heard" me. Katie is also very knowledgeable and patient and has awesome energy. I went in with lower back pain and by the time I was ready to "graduate" from PT, the lower back pain was gone. I appreciate the fact that they give YOU the tools you need to take care of yourself and to get stronger at home. I will continue to do my exercises to keep up the progress. As a self conscious person I never felt out of place, I was able to relax during treatment and take away the info that was necessary. I enjoyed my time there from the learning to the laughter. The clinic was always clean, professional, and on point. I will definitely miss those who helped me on this journey to feeling better and stronger!

  I recently completed physical therapy at The Jackson Clinic in Manassas VA. Immediately I could tell the atmosphere was professional, warm and compassionate. Rosslynn and Michelle at the front desk were always friendly and helpful. The facility is organized, very clean and the entire staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I can honestly say I never had to wait to see my physical therapist. They were prompt, always on time and they take the time needed, I never felt rushed. Greg is very knowledgeable, helpful and compassionate and Katie my primary physical therapist is very skilled, proficient and supportive. She approached each visit with a lot of energy and our personalities clicked. I always felt comfortable, relaxed and enjoyed the humor and laughter. I went in with lower back pain and at the end of my treatments, the lower back pain was gone! I will continue to do my exercises and homework. I will miss them. I highly recommend The Jackson Clinic in Manassas VA!
