Dr. Ayesha Arshad has been a Godsend for my 89yr old Mom and for us. Her expertise, knowledge and caring way of taking the time and really listening to the patient, is exceptional. From the onset, she guided and followed up with analysis, treatment and solutions to the cardiac issues present. I would highly recommend Dr. Arshad to anyone looking for a capable and caring cardiologist.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Arshad. My son was diagnosed with a congenital heart condition at the age of 18 through a sports physical. I had lots of questions for her at our initial appointment. She was kind, caring, and took the time to answer everything. On the day of his procedure at Fairfax Hospital, all the nurses I had contact with had wonderful things to say about her, mainly that she was very thorough. My son is happy and healthy thanks to Dr. Arshad!

It has been almost one month since my surgery, or perhaps I should say “our” surgery!

Your dedication to your career and your patients is evident. I’m sure you’ve heard it all many times, but it warrants repeating that your talents are a gift to all who have been fortunate enough to have you as their surgeon.

Dr Arshad is the best , she explains everything very detailed. I was working in April of 2001 and went into A fib and A flutter with heart rate of 200 + and was taken to Carient heart group , after a week in hospital I picked Dr Arshad as my heart doctor and her first words were “I want to find out what is going on with you first” so after multiple test she and I decided on heart ablation would be best procedure for me . Today I’m doing fine and will soon be off blood thinners. She is the best 👍

Dr. Arshad has been treating me for over 7 years. She is professional, personable, highly knowledgeable and well respected within her field of medicine. She is also affiliated with Sentara and Inova Hospital, Fairfax VA…so I’m pleased to receive coordinated care under one umbrella. During my appointments, I’m seen timely and she is thorough in discussing/presenting instructions for me to follow until my next visit. The administration staff is wonderful, efficient and I never had an issue with their record keeping. The office is clean and the location is extremely convenient to my home.
