We have used this facility for close to 8 years now. We have found the staff, from the teachers to the directors, to be caring and professional with both of our children. They have responded to our requests when issues have arisen because they do happen. They have been quick to alert us about these incidents and steps taken. They also have truly cared for our children and helped them learn and grow. When I had my first child, I had lots of working mom guilt. They made the transition back to work easy because I knew my child was in good hands. When I had my second child I had no questions about the care he would receive. The way they adapted and made virtual school and daycare easy for us during the pandemic, as two essential employees, has been priceless! We couldn’t ask for a better experience for us or our kids when it comes to a daycare and it’s because of the people who are there with them every day!
As a first time mom, I did my research when it came to finding a child care facility for my child. After several visits, my husband and I decided with Children of America. From the moment we were greeted by the management team to walking around the center we knew this was where we wanted our daughter to go. The staff was very welcoming when we entered the room. My daughter is very shy and they made her feel like a part of the class already. We enrolled on the spot and six months later we are still greeted with the same warm feeling when we drop off and pick up. I highly recommend this center if you're looking for care in Manassas.
My daughter has been at this location for over two years. The past summer she had an amazing time at camp! The staff is friendly and welcoming to all the kids and their parents. I love the artwork that is always displayed in the hallways and classrooms. I would recommend this center for all ages!
Our son has been coming here since 2013. He is 7 now, and the care has been fantastic at all stages of his development! They plan educational, age appropriate activities for both the full day and after school programs. All the teachers know him, and take the time to listen and be interested in what he is doing and thinking. Turnover in personnel is the lowest I've seen at one of these facilities, which means we always see friendly faces, and we can have good, honest conversations about anything related to the care, facility, or the behavior of the kids there (including our own). This is the best daycare facility we have had, or could hope to have.
My son loves this place! Teacher are very sweet, educated and very friendly with all children. You can totally see that children are learning everyday through daily activities and how genuinely happy coming in to go to their classrooms. Summer camp is always full of fun field trips for children to learn but at the same time to enjoy it. Management is beyond amazing super polite at all times and very friendly. Especially Ms. TINA!!! She's so attentive and fun and Ms. Melissa with her bubbly personally :)
