(May 4, 2023, 3:28 pm)I have used Mermaid for the maintenance of our water system since 2005. I have always found them to be professional whether it be the office staff or the techs that came out to service our system. I can not hesitate in praising Grayson Wright who was the tech who came this morning. I found him to be very friendly, and he informed me of what he was doing and why. He was more then willing to answer any and all questions that I had. If you are looking for a company, give them a try. I don't think you will be disappointed.
(February 23, 2023, 6:33 pm)We tasked Mermaid Water with a complex colloidal iron problem in our water. Through lots of patience, trial and error, and perseverance, Mermaid Water was able to provide our household with clean water. We didn’t give up on Mermaid Water, and they didn’t give up on our system. We are very appreciative of their continued efforts to make customer satisfaction a priority.
(January 17, 2023, 6:15 pm)Jay showed up right on time, at the front end of the service window, which I appreciated. He was extremely courteous and they were more than willing to work on my CSI softener system, even though it was not in their product line. He did a great job of getting it working again and walked me through the issue. It was great to see a tech that knows the specifics of how these systems work rather than just replacing parts. I will definitely use them from this point on. Price was very reasonable.
(January 13, 2023, 7:47 pm)I requested Mermaid water to test the water at my new property. The technician, Randy, was able to test the water and recommended a system for the whole house. Later in the week, Matchett came to install the equipment. I was very happy with his work. Both technicians were excellent and I would highly recommend.
(January 5, 2023, 12:26 pm)Amy was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions and was super quick to schedule a consultation at my home for an estimate/water test. Jay the tech that came to my home was respectful and professional. We are still making final decisions, however, I would recommend this company to anyone that needs water treatment systems/services.
