Dr. Bui and her staff are absolutely, hands down the best dentist office I have ever been to! I used to be scared of going to a dentist, well not anymore, thanks to this office!
Dr. Bui is very knowledgeable, she explains the process in detail, makes sure that you fully understand and that you are comfortable with the treatment plan. She has a very conservative approach, she does not try and upsell you procedures that are not necessary, on contrary- she will do her best to make the treatment as simple as possible.
Pamela is very knowledgeable and friendly, her customer service on the phone was the reason why I decided to schedule an appointment in the first place.
And Kat is very personable and caring! She made me feel very comfortable the whole time I was there! She is so good at distracting anxious patients before procedures too!
I absolutely recommend this office.

Since 2019 when my wife & I moved here in NOVA she has been a patient since & I understand why so finally last June I was convinced to change my dentist after 32 years. Dr. Bui, Kat & Pamela are very AMAZING & I mean very AMAZING because they are very friendly, professional & detailed. They answer your questions & give clear information & instructions. As for your upcoming appointment reminders very strong both verbal & written communications with emails, text messages & calls.

Dr. Bui got me in in such short notice for a broken tooth. She referred me out and I was taken care of the very next day. She is sweet and compassionate every step of the way. I will definitely be going back. Pamela is AMAZING! She is sweet and willing to help in any way to get you taken care of. She printed out dental insurance plans for me and now I have dental coverage. Dr. Bui will now be my full time dentist. Thank you Dr Bui and Pamela for being so amazing!

I find she is accurate and trustworthy in her assessment of the dental work I need and she guides me very well.
