I decided to get him a trainer when we found out he had high triglycerides, this runs in my husbands side of the family. The doc told me he would need to exercise more and adopt this into his lifestyle. In the 6 years Vinny has trained him my son has soared. Because of Vinny’s training and education my son has never needed medication. His triglycerides are in normal range and have been for 5 years. Not only does my son look forward to his trainings, he wants to be a trainer. Now he is training with Vinny in powerlifting, he has been in 2 competitions. In both competitions my son got 1st place and even broke some Virginia records. “This was such a great place to take the kids. The walkways and water areas were clean. My 4 and 7 year old enjoyed themselves very much. There were plenty of shaded areas to sit and lots of lounge chairs in the sun too. They had some lockers to put away belongings. We will be visiting again soon.”
