(December 3, 2018, 12:22 pm)9 Rounds is a great place. The instructors are very motivating and encourage you to do your best and go beyond your comfort zone. I have been going for a year, and next to Kazaxe in Springfield I consider this place my second fitness home. ????

(August 11, 2018, 9:38 am)I love 9Round! I've fallen off several times and each time they welcome me back with open arms. No questions, no judgment. The workouts are different and challenging every week/day so you won't get bored. It's not your typical gym, it's more than that! It's a place where "family" encourage and motivate each other. Come on and join the "family ".
(July 24, 2018, 9:18 am)This 9rounds is the best! The trainers never pass any judgement, very helpful, and always have something new and exciting to try. Every workout is different but always effective. I have lost weight and gained a FEW pounds of muscle and have never felt so great. I just wish it was open 7 days a week!!
(May 9, 2018, 6:42 am)I have always hated the gym , but I love this place! The trainers are awesome and so are the people who come here. I've only been at it a month an I have quickly seen changes in my body, I really enjoy that I've never done the same workout twice, always a surprise .

(703) 491-3000 9Round Lake Ridge was my second 9Round gym (after moving from Falls Church) and will always have a special place in my heart. Even though I currently have a membership at a sister location in Arlington (Penrose Square) a few blocks from work, I am excited that I am purchasing a home in Woodbridge which means I can return to this gym.
