  VERY nice! A little hard to find because it's nestled in and behind 2 other large hotels, so there should be a directional sign, at least, but once you're here, it's very nice. Lobby is big, bright and open. Staff was very friendly...thank you Brittany... Pool was small but clean and refreshing. Perfect for my kids to splash around in. My son even ran on the treadmill in the fitness room so he could be sure and make his wrestling weight the next day. The hallway to our room had a really strange and strong odor, almost like cigarette smoke mixed with spray cleaner, but there was absolutely no smell in our room... which was pretty perfect! My daughter kept saying "this room is so fancy"! Room was clean, beds were comfortable and visually inviting. The couch was awesome. Let me just say... I do not like, nor ever sleep on, hotel room fold out couches. But this one...! I had my 4 kids with me for a wrestling tournament in town, so the beds were all full and the couch was mine. I actually opted for it! It was huge!! Like a day bed or glorified twin! It was clean and firm and when you too the 2 large back pillows off, it was open and huge. It came with a zipped up PKG of clean sheets and blankets, and it has a trundle underneath, should you have a 6th person in your group. The bathroom was split...toilet and sink in 1 room, shower/tub and sink in it's own room. Small kitchenette with microwave and mini fridge, which was great because we had leftovers after ordering out after the tournament. The front desk gave me suggestions and coupons! They've been doing some renovations but they try to keep it discreet and it didn't bother us at all. Breakfast was nice...a waffle iron and batter, with fixings (chocolate chips and blueberries), scrambled eggs, also with fixings like cheese, spinach, tomatoes, etc. Sausage, yogurt, fruit and pastries. There's also milk and cereal. I really have no complaints and would very much recommend this hotel.

  We really enjoyed our stay at SpringHill Suites Potomac Mills! The design and style was very appealing; the space and functionality of the suite did not disappoint. We interacted with 3 staff members, who were all friendly & helpful. Complimentary breakfast had a pretty good selection & we definitely utilized the 24-hr coffee stand. I loved that the hotel is completely smoke-free & pet-free. I thoroughly researched hotels prior to our stay & I'm so glad that I chose this one. There were no surprises & everyone was impressed with the accomodations. I would definitely stay again if I'm in the area!

  I enjoyed my stay here. The staff was polite and when I very helpful. The breakfast wasn't bad either. I like the waffles.

  As a frequent work traveler I choose to use Marriott hotels and in this area there of 4 of them, SpringHill is my favorite by far to stay at. The clean modern design grabs you right from the lobby. Rooms are spacious and thought out, great decor and usability. Love that the pool has longer hours than surrounding properties as well. Would not hesitate to come back

  Very clean. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Small refrigerator for perishables. TVs and service are a little outdated, if that is important. The indoor pool and workout room are nice. Not terribly convenient for commute to DC, but a good choice if staying south of the beltway
