Summerland Heights

I am a tenant here at Summerland Heights Apartment’s and have been since 2007, I must say the staff here is awesome, maintenance is awesome, when every I need something in my apartment taking care of they are here on the spot within an hour or two, I am a Handicap person and if they see me coming in with bags they help me, when I couldn’t walk Mrs Renee sent someone around here to help me get up into my apartment. The maintenance guys are so friendly and speaks to everyone. The people in the office are the best, they are very polite when ever I go there and always helpful in anyway, I enjoy going into that office just talking with them and eating the snacks they have there. Mrs Renee is the sweetest person I know, she is also a beautiful person. She has been there for my since day one, you couldn’t ask for a better manager. She stay on top of what going on here on the Property and any problems that you my have. I love and enjoy going down to the gym and I must say they keep it very clean. We also have a very good crew that keeps the grounds here very clean as well as the trash area. Doing the winter they are out there day and night putting salt down and shoveling in front of each build. I think Summerland Heights Apartments is top of the list here in Woodbridge Virginia. Anyone should be proud to be a part of Summerland Heights Apartments. I am Mrs Godfrey.

I’ve been living here for about a year now and I could honestly say it’s been a great experience due to one person there Ms. Cindy. She has been my main person to contact with any issues and concerns, she is so amazing at getting things done and fast! Any problems I have get solved in a timely manner and I appreciate the great customer service from her! I would definitely recommend coming here and checking the place out! Ask for Cindy she will help you get settled into your new home!

I only came to survey a place for my dad but the staff was really nice! Very helpful and informative.
