Envoy of Woodbridge

I worked as the Case Manager at Envoy since Dec 2018 and only reason I left this week was due to family issues in another state I have to attend to. I truly Loved every day working at Envoy. The management team was in sync and had great communication to patients and families.The patients loved all the variety of activities done especially for all types of level of patients. The nursing team has longevity as many of the nurses have been their over 10 years as well as some management team and CNAs. The rehab team works well with the nursing team to ensure the patients get the best rehab possible. There is not a problem that the administrator does not know about that she will not address quickly. From the receptionist Denise and Beba who have the warmest and biggest smiles that can brighten up anyones day to the activity assistants Anthony and Sherida who the patients love and adore as they go above and beyond to keep all level of patients in an activity they enjoy. Overall I am going to miss the fun positive energy of the facility and the happiness of the patients and family members and staff. It was an absolute blessing to work here and if I ever come back to Virginia I would definitely apply here to work again. I highly recommend this job to every one. OH they pay pretty well to say the least.
Until we meet again Envoy, it has been an absolute pleasure.

From the time we walked in the facility until the time we got word of his passing everyone was kind, patient, informative and respectful. We was there every day but when we left; there was no doubt we could rest a little more knowing he was in caring hands. For that, we thank you from each our hearts.

The facility has overcome a 1 Star in every category and has reached 5 star Quality Measures and has 4 star RN staffing. Overall 3 stars and climbing!! This facility has turned around and not just talking the talk we are walking the walk!

This place is great! They took amazing care of my brother who had broken his femur. I strongly recommend. The customer service is amazing they had good customer service from each and every employee
