Always like JC Penney's because their business suits are usually of reasonable quality and also, mostly pretty good prices (make sure to catch their excellent sales). Hard to find anyone to help with questions, though. Otherwise, a better shopping experience than most large department stores in this area.

Smaller JC penny but has a good selection. Also being smaller you can find what you easier.

I really like going to JcPenney's, but this time the store was truly unorganized. Eventhough, I didn't feel like shopping, it helped me to not shop.

I've been shopping here since I was about 13. Almost 30 years. It's still the same. Even with a new look. Good clothes at a good price. But, my experience there this last time was above and beyond. I had bought a pair of shoes for a wedding. And, having cash on me. I paid cash. And put the receipt in my wallet. Just in case I needed to return them. Which, I did need to. So. I proceed to the service desk. And produce the receipt from my wallet. To my disbelief. Most of the ink on the purchase number had been rubbed away from the friction in my wallet. But, despite the very limited information I could them. The manager there at the time, Sang. Was able to look it up and provide me with my refund. She went above and beyond. And thats how customer service is supposed to be. I will keep coming back here. Just because of this one interaction. And recommend anyone else as well.
