We needed carpet stretching in 2 rooms for our 6 year old carpet which had developed ridges (a dangerous trip hazard).The repairman arrived on time and completed the work quickly. When we asked if he could also clean the carpet since the furniture was already out of the rooms, he made room for us in his schedule. The carpets look and smell great and there are no more ridges. We will use the company again!

After a flooding issue in my basement, the carpet in one large room was completely ruined and had to be replaced. Carpet in the hallway and a guest bedroom was salvaged, but ServePro (they did the initial flooding clean-up) took up part of that carpet to remove the soaked padding underneath. Virginia Carpet Repair and Cleaning gave me an estimate to replace the padding, thoroughly clean and re-stretch/re-install the damaged carpet. They also gave me a separate estimate to install (either my own or purchased from them) carpet in the large room where all new carpet was needed. This allowed me to get competitive bids for the new installation in the large room. Their bid was comparable to the others. I used Virginia Carpet Repair and Cleaning for the repair as well as the new carpet installation in the large room. They did a VERY professional job. It's impossible to tell where the carpet was repaired. The cleaning was very thorough. They kept to the agreed timetable. I would use them again anytime!
