I have been to this location a hand full of times and never received poor customer service. Today, was EXCEPTIONAL! I went in for a cashiers check- being my first time. Everyone was so friendly. Sara was my teller. She had great conversation. We talked about my puppy purchase (why I needed the cashiers check). She asked to see pictures, asked his name, told me to bring him in for treats. It was a very friendly and nice feeling. Then, the other tellers joined in with their smiles and excitement for me. It’s just the little things that go a long way. Thank you US BANK SUNNYSIDE for providing a comforting and friendly feel. I will be back!

Went in and spoke with Samantha and opened up a savings account for my daughter. She was professional, concise, and a pleasure to work with. I will return to this location from now on. The place is very clean and much more of a professional atmosphere than other local us banks.
