“I had a toilet leaking between the bowl and floor. Called and got an appointment for service about 3pm. Made it home and Alex was not far behind. My Plumber sent me a profile to my email about my tech. Very nice to chat with him about his background while he worked. He assessed the issue and gave me a few quotes about the work. We agreed on what to do and in about an hour and a half later it was fixed. At first I thought I could fix it but was glad I didn't. It required more work than I thought. Alex was great.
