(September 15, 2018, 6:21 pm)Stonewall Abbey Wellness is a full service gym as well as, in a separate building converted from an old church, a yoga studio (the "sanctuary"). There are many types of classes, several kinds of yoga, fitness, martial arts, as well as personal training. I just adore this place and the trainers!!!
(January 13, 2017, 7:43 am)A calm in relaxing space situated in the most precious former church (Abbey). The owner and yogis continue to keep her students and guests mindful, relaxed and offers varying skill levels.
(February 29, 2016, 11:43 am)Wonderful experience ! The studio is beautiful and clean, with a welcoming feeling as soon as you enter. Susan is warm, funny, and genuine with a great teaching style. She takes time to make sure all students are doing things correctly and safely while continuing to give positive feedback. Class nourishes body and mind. I would highly recommend her and her beautiful studio to anyone looking for a true yoga experience!!!
