Abbington Hills Apartments

Moved in this week, and I've been incredibly happy with the neighborhood and apartment. Neighbors have been friendly, and Dylan has been a super star whenever I've come by the office. The apartment townhomes are designed beautifully and the space has been great for myself and a very feisty cat.

I've lived in a lot of spaces and a lot of parts in Richmond, and this has been the safest and most convenient so far. I think this will be a pleasant living experience here. Once again, I can't thank Dylan enough for making the process all the easier.

Dylan and Sha’Diamond have been so great to work with since the very beginning! They’re both very professional and VERY nice, which is hard to come by these days in most places. You can tell they genuinely care about their tenants and potential renters.

They were more interested in making sure we were comfortable moving here, making sure everything was understood and explained, and they made the process into moving here very easy, more than anything!

On top of it, the complex feels like ‘home’ rather than just another ordinary, boring apartment complex which in it itself can be difficult to do. Great area, very quiet and clean, and has great amenities. For anyone deciding if they should move here - do it!

I did a tour a couple weeks ago and really enjoyed everything about the units I saw. Unfortunately I had to cut my apartment hunt trip short, but felt the need to write a positive review. Shadayna was extremely helpful and very kind during the whole tour and application process. Highly recommend these units and if a great leasing team is something of importance to you like it is to me, this is a really great option!

a 5 star review for my initial tour! Dylan was fantastic, the grounds were beautiful and inviting, I saw pretty gardens and butterflies, and the overall oasis chill vibes are exactly what I've been looking for in my move to Richmond! super convenient to the river and downtown. I'm so excited to move here!
