Great customer service. Friendly,and quick service. Suit was ready for me to pick up that afternoon.

They called me, explained, and remedied the below situation, so I am going to try them again. They were very friendly and are obviously a close knit team with a positive culture.

I can't use Puritan anymore due to their unorganized delivery operations and unreliable service.

This is my 3rd issue with Puritan since I started using them a couple years ago. I've only used them 5-6 times in total. I dropped my clothes off 1.5-2 weeks ago and told them NOT to deliver because they have my old address. I had issues with their delivery in the past. (They'd transferred my clothes incorrectly a year ago to a random location and couldn't find them for a while and I didn't want to deal with this again.) Today, I went to pick up the clothes before I fly out for a work trip. The guy at the counter (they same one I told that I didn't want delivery) said they were out for delivery and that they called me to confirm the switch to delivery service. I was never called. He told me the delivery driver was 5 minutes from my house and I should get them when I go back home. It's been 30+ minutes and I don't have them. I can't use Puritan anymore due to these mishaps and inconveniences.

Clothes were ready the next day, very fast service. There was even a thank you card attached for my business.

Puritan is my "go to" dry cleaners for alterations/repairs and delicate dry cleaning needs. Always timely, professional and personable staff! I am new to Richmond and so glad I found Puritan! Look forward to using them for all my dry cleaning needs!! Thank you for providing such good service in a timely way 👏 👍!! My coat had five significant grease spots from an automotive grease gun. I was apprehensive that the spots would not come out, but voila! When I picked the coat up the next day no spots. Great service!
