I walked into the Walmart Vision center to inquire about new reading glasses. I was greeted by Desiree and explained what I was interested in. She asked if I had a prescription and I said yes and it was onward upward from there. She helped me picked out frames that well suited me. Usually I would get all the same but her enthusiasm helped me be more adventurous and I selected 3 beautiful frames. She had given the cost of the lenses already so I knew my budget. Once selection was made, measurements were taken and the best was yet to come. She asked me whether I ever tried reading glasses with bi-focal lines and no, I never knew about them. We agreed for me to try one pair with the transitional style and the other pairs with the line. When my glasses came in, tried them on and it was looking at a whole new world. The care and concern that Desiree showed made me feel like a welcomed friend instead of just a customer. I appreciate the care and concern showed to me. Thank you Walmart for having such a kind, caring Manager in your Sheila Lane Vision Center.
They are very polite and glasses come back quickly. I usually take frames in there and they do the lenses. They made an error one time but got right on it and corrected it at no extra expense with no argument. I'm grateful they've been there during COVID.
Friendly service, and they don't mind putting lenses in frames you purchased online. Lenses are made offsite, so it takes about a week to get them back, but you don't pay the astronomical prices that LensCrafters charges.
Staff was very helpful
