  My best friend lives here. It is a beautiful building. Her apartment is on the top floor and the views of downtown/the river hit you as soon as you enter her front door. I was at her apartment once when maintenance came in and they were friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciate the safety and concern the managers have for my best friend while she is a resident here. Perhaps when my lease is up I’ll move here as well.

  The Terraces at Manchester, Richmond VA has by far been the best place I have ever lived! The amenities are fantastic. The building is beautiful. Love the saltwater pool! And any time I needed maintenance which has been very few, service was provided promptly and successfully. The management staff is excellent with communicating with the residents and making us all feel special. I just can’t say enough good things about this place and highly recommend it to my friends and colleagues. Can’t beat the location too! LMC

  I have lived at the Terraces for 6 months and could not be happier with the property, location and management. The views are incredible and the beautiful property has exciting upgrades happening all the time, I love the new outdoor dog park!! The management team go above and beyond to make residents feel at home and respond to issues quickly and professionally. Manchester is an exciting place to live, close to beautiful trail walks, Browns Island festivals and great places to eat & drink.
  Highly recommend this building to anyone looking to live in RVA.

  I have been living at the Terraces at Manchester for almost half of a year, it is a fantastic place to live. Great living space, with easy access to the city, trails and the James, the staff is very accommodating, responds quickly and communicates with clarity & respect. The building is pet friendly with many great features including a fitness center, pool, lounge & more. They have recently added a brand new dog run outside the building as well. Overall, our experience here has been nothing short of amazing!

  As a professional I was looking for a apartment close to work, that had safety and ease of parking, a workout area, in unit washer and dryer and a balcony. The Terraces has all of this in addition the maintenance is very quick to address any issues. Amy the manager is always helpful to answer any questions, to include giving driving directions to a new person trying to navigate one way streets. I highly recommend this complex
