If I could do more than 5 stars I would. Unfortunately I've had the needs for attorneys quite a few times in mine and my husband's lives and I can say hands down Cody Villalon is the best criminal defense attorney I've ever dealt with. He's quick to respond to questions and concerns. He's very thorough and explains everything step by step and makes the process a little less scary. He once made the comment that we paid him to fight for my husband and that's what he's going to do and well he did just that. He got my husband the best possible outcome in his cases, better than we anticipated. Upon the resolution of my husband's case Cody made contact the next morning to make sure his release was smooth. Hopefully we won't need a criminal defense attorney in Virginia again but if we do Cody Villalon will be who we call. Thank you again for all you've done to help our family!

From the consultation to the closing argument, everything was handled with extreme care, proficiency, and excellence. Cody's knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail were exceptional. Throughout the nearly 12-month process, Cody was consistently responsive, patient, and empathetic. He responds to emails, phone calls and text mesaages in record time. He was extremely communicative and reassuring with his selfless sharing of information relating to the law.

Cody went above and beyond, fighting to the very end, without clarity as to what final outcome would be.
