  The first time I tried Geeks was months ago. The lady there was very nice and helpful. I needed a battery replacement for my iPhone 7plus. She fixed it right there within an hour. Brand new battery reading at 100%. Then, today I tried them and there was this guy who seemed really nice and helpful. I needed a battery replacement for a iPhone 6s plus and it was done. However the battery health percentage read 82% instead of 100%. So I contacted him and issue was resolved. ????

  They do a great job at phone repair and I highly recommend them. They also have the best prices that I have found in Richmond, which is always a plus.
  
  They managed to get my screen replaced rather quickly so I was only without my phone for a few hours.
  
  The only downside is that their location is hard to get into and they have a very cramped parking lot. It's also in a part of town that doesn't feel the safest, so I recommend going in day light.
