“The wait for an appointment with Melissa Hale is worth it (the staff also work to fit you in with cancellations once you’re an established patient). I’ve been her patient now for a little over 2 years. I believe wholeheartedly that she is responsible for my progress. I have been a bit of a “rollercoaster patient”, but she has stuck with me and been a constant, stable, pragmatic and caring medical advisor. She is extremely knowledgeable and also eager to learn, which I think can be unique in healthcare professionals- especially as she is so busy.
