Quite simply, Laura is the best in Richmond. I’ve been to to a of PT’s through the years and her knowledge and vast array of education is fantastic. I’ve had Ortho’s tell me she’s the best too so it’s not just me!

Laura was wonderful! I came to her with neck and knee problems that were causing all sorts of issues and preventing me from doing many of the things I enjoy. After the first session, I noticed a difference! I worked with Laura for about 8 weeks and by the end, I was feeling very much like my old self. Symptoms that I hadn't even realized were connected to my neck issues had disappeared! Even more amazing, I was recently invited on a last minute trip with a friend to hike in Utah. Thanks to Laura, I had enough confidence in my balance, strength, and endurance to go. I hiked up and down canyons, scrabbled across slip rock, waded through rocky streams, and navigated narrow canyon ledges while carrying a backpack. Neither my neck nor my knee bothered me at all during the trip. I credit my sessions with Laura and the stretching and strengthening plan she developed for me with making this once in a lifetime trip such a success!! Thanks, Laura!!

Laura is a very caring and knowledgeable physical therapist. I had ACL knee surgery 4 years ago and still had lingering pain. After seeing Laura for 4 months and following her exercise recommendations my knee pain is almost gone! I love that Laura is passionate about her job and always striving to learn more in order to improve the lives of patients. I had almost given up on my knee pain and she has given me hope that one day I can jump and dance again!

Laura was able to help me in ways that no one had been able to before. I’ve been to several physical therapists over the years, and Laura at Inspire Physical Therapy is incredible. She took the time to listen, and if you’ve ever experienced chronic pain then you probably know how rare it is to find someone who truly, fully hears you. She helped me set goals when I felt frustrated about my physical limitations, and she helped me manage the emotional rollercoaster of chronic pain by empowering me with knowledge and body-awareness. I was so impressed with Laura’s ability to take a big picture view - she took in the perspectives of all the different doctors I’ve seen - in order to make sure her advice fit with the other parts of my health plan. She’s of course also an expert at hands on work. I always left sessions with her feeling so much better than I went in, plus she provides easy to do at home exercises. While everyone’s needs are different, I saw Laura for about 10 sessions and was able to fully achieve the goals I’d set thanks to her!
