(April 19, 2018, 8:48 am)I normally wouldn't write a review for a company like this, but they just did something that is just too rare these days. Due to a clerical error, they delivered fuel to my home when they shouldn't have. I called and without hesitation, they worked out a reasonable compromise. The lady was pleasant and didn't give me any grief. She took ownership of the error and made it right. Too often, people want to deflect and avoid accountability. This was not the case with Blossman. Attitude like this will make me a customer for life. Very nice to see that from a local company.
