“I visited this facility with someone else, not for treatment for myself! When I first entered, the receptionist was very pleasant and ensured that the check-in process was followed. She had us sign in and collected our ????! She was professional and carried in very small talk until the called back for the session. The session itself was about 45 minutes. There were a range of patients (men, women and children) of all ages during the timeframe I was there. From what I could see, the employees were engaged with the patients, very hands on, informative and great with children! The location isn't very convenient for me personally but they do have another location closer to Mary Washington that isn't quite as pleasant to deal with (which is why we come here). Overall, I'd definitely recommend this location for PT!”
