  Every home depot I've ever been to is ok but the employees can make it better or worse. In the Dale City store employees actually try to avoid me. At this one they are polite and ask if you need help finding something. I rarely need help but when I do these employees are there

  Always have what I need. They have helped me cut wood and sat with me to get a TRANE A/C installed in my home. In addition, I have bought my On Demand Tankless water heaters from them for each of my houses. My husband is like a kid every time he goes in and everyone is friendly and helpful. I particularly like how anybody we ask to help us find a particular item seems to know exactly where that is - from magnets to kitchen counters, storage bins, or anything - they tell me the exact aisle. Very impressive!

  I love The Home Depot .
  The staff here are so funny .
  
  I went in last week to buy some screws for my License plate holders and as soon as I walked in ,I turned down the correct isle to find a dude standing in the isle, so I said to him " Oh hi ",I have a screw loose" ,"can you please help me " .
  
  He just looked right at me and and " he (smiled so loud!) Smiling big the whole time ???? And I thought to myself hum" what's so funny?
  Then I realized how that must of sounded to him ,coming from a blonde!
  With BIG HAIR !
  
  "I actually had two screws loose " .
  But at this point, I didn't think that he could handle the truth."????
  
  Needless to say he sent me on my way with two bags of the right screws for my License plate covers .

  My go to place for what I need when it comes to repairing my old house. The other day I wandered in needing an unusual wood piece to repair a mantle. They did not have it. However, the store employee made recommendations that left me with a better solution that has ended up looking better than what I in mind. These people get it.
