“Stopped in for advice on my diseased Crape Myrtle. The staff was able to identify the problem and suggest products to remedy the situation. They even took the time to explain to me which product would be safer since I had pets in my home. I really appreciate their knowledge and helpfulness. Updated October 2018. Been coming her for years. Knowledgeable staff, quality products that don't die 2 weeks after planting, reasonable prices. Much better than local home improvement stores!”

“After much deliberation, I decided to place my mother/best friend in Brookdale. I chose this facility because the staff genuinely seems to care for its residents. I did not see any issues with staffing on any of my visits and I have been visiting this and other similar facilities for close to a year. The cost is steep but comparable with other assisted living residences. The place is clean and has decor that would appeal to the elderly.most importantly in all my visits the residents seemed happy and content which is the ultimate test in my book. I will post a follow up after about a month for those who may be interested.”

“Realized I had a punctured tire about 5:30 on Saturday night as a snowstorm was beginning. I work at the local Hospital and am essential personnel, so I have to get to work. Website indicated they closed at 6, so I called to make sure they could help if I could get there. Tech that answered the phone could not have been more polite and accommodating. Once I arrived about 5:45, they got me in and luckily were able to patch me up. The Techs I encountered were very professional and courteous even though it was so close to closing. I also had an opportunity to chat with the Manager of the account while waiting, and was really impressed with his experience and level of engagement with both the customers and his Team. My only regret is that I do not remember everyone's specific names for recognition. The level of service I received seems to be such a rarity in the service industry these days. Thanks for all the help, and I will definitely return.”

“First I spoke with a lady at the corporate office. She was so friendly, personable and had the BEST customer service! After our call, the local office where I planned to rent a space called me to welcome me and confirm my needs/wants. Upon arrival, Jennifer assisted me. Had amazing customer service. She, too, was very personable and accommodating in every way. She ensured we got the right space for us and the best pricing for our needs. Compared to Public Storage, the checkout, service, etc was impeccable!! It took maybe 5-10 min for the whole process. Everything was electronic, no 20 pieces of paper to hand sign, and 50 copies for everyone. I could buy my own lock, not theirs. The list goes on. I am so impressed by them!
