Jessica took my order and not only did she make terrific suggestions, but read back my order slowly to give me time to make sure I remembered everything. She double checked the bags to ensure everything was inside before handing my food over. She even made sure to check that I got my nephew's fire sauce! Great accuracy. Fast speed. “My brother was really sick with nausea and vomiting. I live out of town but called around and BetterMed was the only Urgent Care that had IV fluids and IV anti-nausea medications. Staff was professional and knowledgeable over the phone. He was seen as soon as he arrived, given the treatment he needed, and I was easily able to pay over the phone. All for a very reasonable cost, even without insurance. Thank you!”

“There are a few useful stores here in this shopping center. If you haven't been in the At Home store, it's full of nice household things for inside and outside. The Gabes store is s lot like Ross and the Shoe Show has nice kids sneakers for reasonable prices. Then there's the beauty supply store but it's Sally's so you won't find some things there that you can find in other beauty supply stores. The Taco Bell is not that good.”

“I just returned a fan I purchased in May and, with the extended warranty, asked for another one. The store manager went above and beyond trying to find me a replacement since that particular fan isn't carried by NT anymore. He called me several times over the following days to update me and let me know what was being done. As fans are out of season, corporate will order one for me and ship it directly to my house. I haven't experienced this type of personalized customer service in a very long time. I am becoming a big fan of this store. I have purchased other items from this store and they seem to carry the "stuff" for farm needs plus the prices are reasonable.”
