  I just had a new HVAC system installed and Ed, the owner of Complete Heating & Cooling was a true partner in this effort. He gave sound guidance on finding a unit to meet both energy requirements and my space constraints. The system is operating in perfect sync with my thermostat programming and I can feel the airflow difference throughout the house. Ed, Lou Anne, Mike and Douglas really took care of me, and Complete Heating & Cooling is my go to for HVAC needs.

  This summer was too hot; not to have air conditioning! And, we waited too long to replace a 30 year old air conditioner that stopped working when temps were in the 3 digits.
  We had three estimates; Ed with Complete Heating and Cooling was the only one that was written, professional and informative.
  We knew it would be a week to get our new unit ordered and installed. Concerned with special needs dogs in the house, they offered us the use of window units.
  Replacing things in an older house can sometimes be challenging and in our case life threatening if you don’t have the right team that can recognize it or care enough to correct it.
  This team is working for you, they will go the extra mile for you and doing an exceptional job.

  Ed, Lou Ann, Douglas, Mike, Emilio, Anthony -- what a great crew you are and what a great company you are clearly invested in making successful. Your integrity, knowledge, skill, efficiency, neatness, care for your customer, collegiality, punctuality... I could go on and on, singing your praises. Our new Lennox Elite is running beautifully and keeping our air quality excellent. We couldn't be happier, and appreciate especially all the time Douglas took to diagnose our problem, to explain all of our options, and to sell us a very fine product. Installation was smooth and seamless, and everyone demonstrates a commitment to a work ethic that is not common these days. We are so grateful.

  I am beyond thankful to Complete Heating and Cooling for the services they provided for my family!
  
  Our AC unit stopped working on a Monday night and it was too late to have anyone come out. We started calling different companies the next morning (Tuesday) asking when they would possibly be able to send someone out to diagnose the issue and everyone we talked to said Friday would be the earliest, despite the temperature being 100° and my telling them we had a 5 month old and 2 dogs we were worried about. I called Complete Heating and Cooling as a last ditch effort as I had never heard of them. I was ecstatic when they said they were quite busy but could send someone out that evening! Setting up the appointment was a breeze and they seemed just as worried as I was about my infant and dogs.
  
  About 5:30pm the technician called to say he was at our house but nobody was there; I was working at the time. I explained that while awaiting his arrival my fiance loaded our infant and 2 dogs into the car and was driving around the neighborhood with them so that they could stay cool and didn't have to endure the heat but that he was close and would be there in 2 minutes. The technician was completely understanding and said that he would wait.
  
  Twenty minutes later my fiance called me and said our AC was fixed and working again. The technician was able to diagnose the problem and had the part needed to fix the AC in his work van. I did not get to personally meet the technician but my fiance said he was really friendly, very knowledgeable, and explained everything as he was doing it. He even went on to explain how long AC units and their parts usually last and what we could do to help prolong the life of our AC unit.
  
  Again, I am beyond grateful to Complete Heating and Cooling. If it were not for them we would have ended up in a hotel or with a relative for a few days. They will certainly be my first call for any future heating or cooling services.
  
  And the kicker...we saw 2 different trucks from 2 of the other AC companies we called in our neighborhood that same evening, so it's not as if we were out of the way.
