“We have been going to see Rich and his crew for 4 years. He continues to impress us with his professionalism, customer service and talent. We recently had an electrical issue with our vehicle related to an unknown source drawing from the battery, causing it to drain. This is our only vehicle and it needed to left for a couple of days while Rich undertook the laborious task of figuring out the problem...which he did! He was able to pinpoint the problem and fix it. I usually wait for the vehicle but because I had to leave it, Rich kindly drove me home (about 2 miles) and picked me up when the vehicle was done. The price for the repair was more than reasonable. We all know how hard it is to find not only a good mechanic but an honest one. Rich and his team fit that bill. Thank you for your continued amazing service.”
