The operator (an ex-Marine with a quick wit) made fast work of finding the second opening to the tank (I had located one) and proceeded to complete the job at what I felt was a reasonable cost. Although I may actually need additional work done on the old septic system (first installed in 1964) - I sure could and will recommend Marshall's to others.”

No pressure or scare tactics from the staff when suggesting recommended services. I did not require it this time, but they have offered to me a ride home when dropping off my vehicle. “AN HONEST MECHANIC IS HARD TO FIND I was looking for an oil change and to have some headlights replaced, and I called and spoke to Dennis for a quote. He took the time to see if he had the bulbs in stock and listened to my concerns. He gave me a price range over the phone to replace the bulbs that was high, but promised to let me know exactly how long it would take and assured me that he would give us the best price possible after looking at the vehicle. He let me know that his garage was capable of fitting and lifting a high top van of our size. When I arrived he introduced himself and had the information handy from our conversation on the phone so I did not have to repeat myself. As agreed over the phone he looked at the van and his quote was much less than I anticipated, and for this I was incredibly grateful. Dennis and his crew were very professional and skilled and explained everything to me along the way. The wait time was minimal and the cost was fair!”
