“I take my son to get our hair cut, probably every 3 weeks. Song, and her staff, do an exceptionally great job for military style haircuts. A lot of veterans come here to get their haircut. It's cheap I think 11 or $12 for the haircut, and they always shave your neck take care of your long eyebrows your ear hair, and give you a little massage, at the end. Definitely a lot of bang for the buck!”

“I first went to tidewater trail animal Hospital several years ago when I adopted two cats from the Fredericksburg SPCA. At that time the doctors and tecs were very friendly and took their time with my cats. The thing that I really appreciated is that it was apparent they really cared and did not try to run unnecessary tests to run up the bill which seems to be typical of many veterinary offices. I recently adopted another cat and chose to get her vaccinations at Tidewater Trail Animal Hospital. I'm not sure if the staff has changed, but it had a different feel. It wasn't a bad experience at all, just different. I continue to bringing my pets to Tidewater Trail.”

“They have some great sales but the store is laid out in such a disorganized way that I end up walking back and forth 3 or 4 times trying to find things. Even looking at the signs over the aisles is no help because they cover a small portion of what is in the aisle which is never what I am looking for, naturally. The one saving grace was the cashier, he told me there was no way I could have kids in their late 40s. He almost choked when I told him one of my great-granddaughters was in 3rd grade and that I am 70.”

“My experience with Servpro of Fredericksburg has been extremely favorable. I had a New Years Eve disaster and their quick response teams were friendly, informative, experienced, and fast acting to diagnose and mitigate water and the damage associated. They come ready with a fleet of water drying equipment and deploy it where needed. Nice thing is that they follow-up and you know what to expect with the process. Some of the drying takes days and they will come back and monitor and remove equipment once the drying is complete. Its a thorough stabilization to prepare the space for the contractor work that follows. In many ways Servpro of Fredericksburg is like an emergency response team; first responder, charged with stabilizing the spaces damaged by headache inducing situations. Two thumbs up.”

“I cannot say enough about the staff at Pediatric Connection. They accidentally forgot to place an order for my children's formula (which happens) but they did everything in their power to make it right. They sent someone out to the office at 8pm on a Friday night to look for formula. They had someone drive 40 min. to meet me to drop off the formula the next day. They kept an open line of communication throughout the process. They not only owned up to their mistake but worked with me so that I could get the formal for my children.”
