  Shane was extremely diligent and honest with his work and went well out of the way to ensure the job was done correctly. He also was great at explaining the issues, why they were issues, and what our options were.
  
  I've seen some reviews complain about pricing and I get it, but here is the deal - if you want the job done right and only want it done once, this is where you go. They came out and fixed an issue that was already "fixed" twice with two previous home owners but the issue keeps coming back because of lazy workmanship. Shane and some of the other crew did it right and now we won't have to worry about it again.

  I had a plumbing emergency today and Plumb Perfect Plumbing sent Johnny over in just a few minutes. He was awesome! He explained everything before he did it, including the cost of everything. I highly recommend this company!! Very professional!!

  Great service! They responded very quickly and Shane was at my house in less than 30 minutes. He was very courteous and knowledgeable and fixed my problem in about 15 minutes. The bill was very reasonable. I'll definitely use them if I have future plumbing issues.

  Plumb Perfect gives excellent service. I called one day and the next day they were there to fix my water leak. Working with Thomas was a pleasant experience as were all my dealings with office staff and repairmen. Very accessible, professional, and courteous at all times. I would definitely use their services again!

  I found Plumb Perfect on a google search, looking for a new Plumber. I looked at some of the reviews, which were good, and took a chance. Well I found my new Plumber, its Plumb Perfect and specifically, their technician, Shane. Shane was very knowledgeable, and most of all very personable, professional and explained everything. The pricing was very fair, not by the hour, but by the job and reasonable. They used the premium parts for my sewage pump and water storage tank that I requested... no problem. Its wonderful that a knowledgeable homeowner is not dismissed by a rude plumber but rather respected as the one paying for the work and Shane was willing to discuss concerns. I highly recommend this company and if you are lucky enough to get Shane, even better. Thank you Plumb Perfect! While I am not looking forward to the next plumbing repair, I will look forward to their great service and efficiency.
